Hi dear ,

Well this very common problem in teens which occur due to many reasons like hormonal changes at this stage of like specially with oily skin , sun exposure , stress and certain medicine . I would suggest you to wash your face twice daily with facewash containing benzoyl peroxide , after washing face apply cream containing azelaic acid which is a cereal extract and very effective and also apply vitamin C serum at night for quick healing , If condition doesn't improve in a month then consult dermatologist . Doctor may prescribe antibiotics course ( minocyclin or clindamycin) at least for week. Drink plenty of water and avoid oily food .

Hope your concern has been resolved.
